How is the price decided?
The price depends on the lock type, the condition of the door and the time of day. We listen to the situation on the phone and give you a clear price range, which is confirmed when the technician arrives — no surprises, no hidden charges.
How do you know the door is mine?
For everyone's safety we ask for something that shows the address belongs to you before we open it: an ID, a bill, a tenancy agreement or confirmation from the building caretaker. This step protects you as much as it protects us.
Do you work at night and on holidays?
Yes. Our service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the same team covers nights, weekends and public holidays. If there's a price difference for late-night call-outs, we tell you on the phone up front.
Do you only open doors?
